Payment:
Payment is only accepted through a Paypal invoice (USD ONLY).The full price of the commission must be paid upfront. Price is variable depending on details provided. Partial payment available upon request, but you won't receive the finalized file until you fully pay the invoice.After payment is received I will work on your commission.
Rules:
I reserve the right to refuse any commission request, for any reason. What I am willing to draw is subject to my discretion.I will attempt to finish any one commission within a two-week period from the date of payment, but know that this timeframe is variable as I am a student.All prices are subject to change, and variable depending on what is being requested.Refunds are only possible before or during the mock-up phase, and I will retain 30% of the commission.
References:

I prefer to have some sort of picture reference for the commissions.If you do have a picture reference, but it's not quite what needs to be in the commission please tell me what is different.If you fail to give me clear reference picture(s) for your character and do not specify what you want in your picture, I am not responsible for those changes and they will cost extra. Anything you leave out of your references that you spot after the commission is done, will not be fixed unless a fee is paid.
